Automation vendors are going to sing the praises of automation, for certain, but just how can automation help you, if at all? Should you automate, or not? Is it worth the time, money, and effort to find, buy, utilize, and maintain automation tools?

Unfortunately, the answer isn’t simple. There are many ways that automation can help, and ways that it cannot.
