The client’s team consisted of mostly developers, with only a couple of QA personnel. The client did not have an automation tool yet, and no one on the QA team had significant experience with automation. The client needed tool evaluations performed, an appropriate tool selected for them, an automation framework created with strong governance processes, a full regression suite created, and complete tool training for their QA staff. To add to the difficulty, most of QA Mentor’s work had to be done remotely.
