When our team members are better trained, are happier in their jobs, and have a wide variety of education and certifications, QA Mentor and our clients reap the rewards.
As soon as a new individual joins our team, their internal training begins. We want to instill QA Mentor’s core values and current standard processes, as well as prepare our staff for what lies ahead. With over a dozen internal training programs from orientation to PMP preparation, we can increase our team’s effectiveness, diversify skillsets, and elevate each employee’s work satisfaction. Only some of our in-house programs are mandatory but all of it is free on-the-job training.
New Hire Orientation
This 3-day training course explains the QA Mentor’s operational model, structure, methodology, approach, and tools that we utilize. We also review the organizational structure and key stakeholders.
CEO Seminar series
Led by our CEO, Ruslan Desyatnikov, a dozen webinar sessions per year are offered on various topics and across all locations.
