As soon as a new individual joins our team, their internal training begins. We want to instill QA Mentor’s core values and current standard processes, as well as prepare our staff for what lies ahead. With over a dozen internal training programs from orientation to PMP preparation, we can increase our team’s effectiveness, diversify skillsets, and elevate each employee’s work satisfaction. Only some of our in-house programs are mandatory but all of it is free, on-the-job training.
