Entrepreneurial by nature, I was always on a path to explore, innovate, and take risks. However, the real turning point came after I worked with Divan Gamaliel at Citigroup. I still remember the interview with him a few years back when I was asked to manage the complex Citigroup WorldLink program. Working with Divan as part of the Testing Center of Excellence he established pushed my desire to be an entrepreneur in the Software Quality Assurance and Testing field. I vividly remember our late night conversations, passionate discussions with the program managers, and all the new things we built at Citigroup.

We had the freedom to do what we thought was right, and we had the support to do what we knew was right. My contribution to the team, my learning while working with Divan at TCOE, and the benefits the team received from me during my tenure there was immeasurable for all of us. Divan and I had a great bond as professional Quality Assurance experts, a field we are both passionate about. Though the experience was eight years ago, it still has not really ended. Divan and I continue to work together in a different capacity.
